Made-to-order products

Custom printed packaging is manufactured to your approved specs and artwork. Standard retail-style returns usually do not apply once production is complete and the job matches the approved proof.

Defects and errors

If a shipment does not match the approved proof or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within the window stated on your order confirmation. Include photos and order references so we can investigate quickly.

Cancellations

You may cancel or change a job before proof approval according to the terms on your quote. After plates/press are scheduled, fees may apply.
