These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of elmpackaging.com and related services operated by Elm Packaging (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing this site, submitting a quote or contact form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Elm Packaging manufactures and supplies custom printed boxes and packaging on a quote-request basis. We do not operate a fixed-price shopping cart for made-to-order packaging. Information on this website is general; capabilities, lead times, MOQs, and pricing are confirmed in writing for each project.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Submitting a quote request does not create a binding purchase. A binding order exists only when we issue (and you accept) a written quote or order confirmation covering pricing, specs, artwork/proof approval, quantity, payment terms, and timing.
You represent that artwork, logos, text, and materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights and that you have authority to use them. You grant us a limited license to use those materials to prepare proofs, produce, and fulfill your order.
Production typically begins only after you approve a digital proof (and any sample process stated on your quote). You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully—including spelling, colors, and dimensions. Site design, copy, and our own materials remain property of Elm Packaging.
Prices depend on structure, board, print, finishes, quantity, and destination. Quotes may expire after the period stated on the quote. Changes after proof approval or press scheduling may change price and lead time. Payment terms (including deposits) are those stated on your order confirmation.
Typical production is about 7 days after proof approval. Rush 3–4 days may be available when confirmed in writing. Production time is separate from carrier transit. See Shipping information for general freight notes. Risk of loss and delivery details follow your order confirmation and carrier rules.
Custom packaging is made to your approved specs. Standard retail-style returns generally do not apply once the job matches the approved proof. Defect and cancellation handling is described in our Returns policy.
The website is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that site content is error-free or that every capability listed will apply to every project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elm Packaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or quote requests. Liability for fulfilled orders is limited as stated in your order documents.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
